Our newest neighbors have traveled far to find safety and a fresh start. By the time they arrive in Pittsburgh, they have faced unimaginable challenges. And yet, their journey is far from over.

Our Impact
Since 2017, we have provided support to over 3,500 individuals from 59 countries of origin! Your support plays a pivotal role in Hello Neighbor's mission to empower our newest neighbors.
Over the last year, we achieved a number of significant accomplishments:
- Welcomed over 400 new Americans to Pittsburgh
- Provided assistance for 500 individuals through our Health & Stabilization services including 40 newborn babies & mothers
- Completed the 8th Mentorship Cohort which included 28 matches with Pittsburghers and refugee families from 11 countries of origin
- Secured jobs for 88% of our new arrival families
- Received over 4,000 hours of support from our volunteers and over $50,000 in in-kind donations
- Launched 5 new programs: Wellness, Legal, Little Neighbors, Language Access, Center for Afghan Resilience
- Expanded into Washington County
- And so much more!
